Complaint Resolution Guide

WHAT IF I HAVE A COMPLAINT?

If you have a complaint about your contract or dealings with us, you should contact TRUE BLUE RENTALS to see if the complaint can be resolved simply and quickly. We would like to be the first to know if you are not happy with our services.

HOW DO I MAKE A COMPLAINT?

You can provide us with details of your complaint in any of the following ways:

  • Visiting the True Blue Rentals Store at 11 New Street, Frankston.
  • Phoning the True Blue Rentals store on 03 9770 0874.
  • Sending an email: info@truebluerentals.com.au
  • Writing to: True Blue Rentals Cusomer Feedback - 11 New Street, Frankston Vic. 3199

When contacting us, please advise if you need an interpreter or have any special needs.

WHAT WILL TRUE BLUE RENTALS DO?

TRUE BLUE RENTALS aims to settle all complaints fairly and promptly. We will:

  • Acknowledge your complaint in writing within 2 days of receiving it.
  • Investigate your complaint within 5 days of receiving it.
  • Attempt to resolve your complaint and notify you in writing within 7 days of receiving it. We will provide you with details of the basis upon which True Blue Rentals came to its decision and your rights regarding the decision.

If your complaint is not likely to be resolved within these timeframes we will make contact with you about the progress of our investigation and response.

WHAT  IF I AM NOT SATISFIED?

If True Blue Rentals has been unable to resolve your complaint, you may contact Rentasaur Head Office at 38 Mercer Street, Geelong 3220 and have the matter reviewed by the company manager.

Rentasaur may be contacted by phone on 1800 736 827 or by mail to P.O. Box 1713, GEELONG 3220.

If your complaint has gone through the Rentasaur complaint procedure and has not been resolved to your satisfaction you have the right to take your complaint to an External Dispute Resolution (EDR) Scheme.

Rentasaur is a member of the Credit and Investments Ombudsman (CIO) which is an independant EDR Scheme approved by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission.

Your complaint must be lodged with CIO within three (3) months of our decision.
